4. Returns and Refunds - 14 days No-Reason Policy

You must return the shoes in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging and tags. Shuk Fong Limited will inspect returned items. After Shuk Fong Limited approves your refund, refund processing and arrival to your account takes at least 14 days. This period begins when Shuk Fong Limited receives the returned item and confirms approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds will not be issued for items returned after 14 days of receipt.
5. PayPal Refunds

Shuk Fong Limited will review the claim and notify you of its decision.
